Kurkure, Cheetos, and Nik Naks are special extruded snacks that are very crunchy and taste great and are produced in our Kurkure, Cheetos, Nik Naks processing line by a special extrusion process. In the Kurkure, Cheetos, Nik Naks processing line, corn grits is moisturized in the flour mixer with water and fed to the rotary head extruder. Due to the two rotary plates made of yellow brass in the extruder of the Kurkure, Cheetos, Nik Naks processing line, the corn grits are squeezed and twisted to form a curl shape. The curls pass through the die and are cut into required lengths by the cutting knifes. Usually, the Kurkure, Cheetos made by our processing line are toasted in the oven or fried in cooking oil, then cooled before flavoring. People can also spray seasoning on their surface to improve their taste.
